Well-being results from privileging positive and conscious changes. The following three tips should help you find your inner strength.

 

  1. Find moments of tranquility in your everyday life: every day, find a moment where you could take 10 minutes of calm and solitude. Breathe, meditate or stretch.

  2. Meet on your lap belt: when sitting or even standing bring your belly button back to your spine. See the effect on your strength and balance.

  3. Take care of food: add rich foods to your diet that are good for your health. For example turmeric, ginger, fennel, berries and pumpkin seeds. Put the vegetables at the base of your food plan, make sure that half of your plate is made of vegetables. They have an anti-inflammatory effect and you will feel lighter and energized after your meal
