INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup plain organic 2% Greek yogurt (or coconut/soy for veg option)
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 Cup milk (rice/almond/hemp etc)
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Fresh berries of your choice
  • *Optional: a sprinkle of Stevia powder to sweeten

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir all ingredients together.

  2. Cover and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Eat for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. Top with berries.
