- 1/2 Cup plain organic 2% Greek yogurt (or coconut/soy for veg option)
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 Cup milk (rice/almond/hemp etc)
- Vanilla Extract
- Dash Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Fresh berries of your choice
- *Optional: a sprinkle of Stevia powder to sweeten
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Cover and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
- Eat for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. Top with berries.
