CrossFit is an intensive conditioning activity that combines athletics, weightlifting and gymnastics. It's not a specialized training program, it's more like general training. CrossFit does not aim to be the strongest, the toughest or the most versatile possible, but to be good in everything.
It aims to improve the 10 elements of physical skill that are: endurance, strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, power, flexibility, work capacity, speed, coordination, accuracy and balance.
CrossFit training is very varied and very intense. The exercises follow each other in the form of short circuits with almost no rest time between the sets.
The goal is to do as many exercises as possible.
