INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 Organic tomato, sliced
  • 5 Basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes, and let cool. 

  2. Slice tomato, and avocado. Sprinkle with some fresh ground pepper, and a dash of Himalayan sea salt.

  3. Top with chopped basil
