INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 Cup beets, grated
  • 1 Cup carrots, grated
  • 1 Cup almonds, toasted
  • 2 Cups spinach leaves
  • 1 Cup organic tempeh (or organic tofu), cubed

Top with “Glowing Goddess Dressing”

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook brown rice according to package & set aside.

  2. Saute tempeh cubes in a skillet until slightly crispy.

  3. Placing cooked brown rice into a bowl, top with spinach leaves, carrots, beets, almonds and sautéed tempeh cubes.

  4. Drizzle Glowing Goddess dressing on top, and serve.
