Bloated after every meal or so ?

You have bloating? This feeling of distention and swelling is a common problem. Bloating at the level of the intestines is actually the result of overproduction of gas or slow movement of gas along your digestive tract. Fortunately, there are simple techniques to alleviate this problem.
