Respect your Limits

As long as you respect your limits, physical exercise is good for you ladies and for your baby. There are ways to make sure your activity level is not too intense. One of the things you often use is to talk while doing physical activity. You should be able to conduct a conversation during your exercise session. If it is not the case, it is because you work too hard. This method also gives you a hint of your heart rate.

 

You should avoid exercise during your pregnancy or discuss it with your doctor if you recognize yourself in some of these elements:

 

  • Heart problems
  • Hypertension

  • Low iron levels in the blood

  • Multiple pregnancies (carry multiple children at a time)
