- 1/2 Cup plain rolled oats
- 1/2 Cup organic milk, coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 Tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 1/8 Cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 Tsp maple syrup
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar, or other type of glass jar with a lid.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, remove from the fridge, top off with your favorite fresh fruit, and enjoy!
