INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup plain rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup organic milk, coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped pistachios
  • 1/8 Cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 Tsp maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar, or other type of glass jar with a lid.

  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. The next morning, remove from the fridge, top off with your favorite fresh fruit, and enjoy!
