Everything Hurts. Don't be that guy .. Or girl 😀
As mentioned in the previous blog, running is a sport that can cause some injuries. The best way to minimize the risk of injury is to gradually move into your race pace.
So here are some tips for not getting hurt:
1- If you resume the race after winter, the best way to avoid injury is progressivity.
2- Vary the surfaces on which you run is a good way to prevent injuries.
3- Go gradually ... start with a 15 minute race for example and gradually increase your race time.
4- It is suggested to take small steps when running, no matter how fast you run (jogging or fast running).
5- Run lightly. This greatly reduces the impact on the joints.
6- Have a good pair of sneakers suitable for running.
