1- Excellent to start your day: ½ grapefruit, 15 red grapes or seedless yellow and 250 grams of blueberries.
2- Boost digestion: 2 granny smith apples, 1 orange, 1 cucumber, 4 green cabbage leaves and ¼ lemon.
3- ½ beets, ½ cucumbers, and 5 carrots. Colorful and toned.
4- Tomato juice: 2 tomatoes, 1 or 2 cloves of peeled garlic, ¼ lemon and a handful of basil leaves.
5- A superb green vitamin juice: 4 washed kale leaves, 100g of spinach, 2 apples, 2 celery stalks, ½ cucumber, 1 carrot and a piece of ginger root.
