  • 1 Apple
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Buckwheat Groats

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop fruit into bite size pieces, and mix with the chia seeds and buckwheat groats.

  2.  Eat right away.
