Nuts are very good foods for health.

They are an exceptional choice for those who follow a healthy diet. Rich in protein, fiber and good fat, nuts are wonderful for people who train. They are also an excellent choice of meat substitutions for vegetarians.

People who do not eat meat can fetch a significant portion of their daily protein intake in the consumption of nuts. The highest protein nuts are fines, walnuts and pistachios. Of course, it will take those who are not salty;)

Here is the protein intake of different nuts found on the market:

  • Peanuts: 25 grams of protein per 100 grams of peanuts

  • Almonds: 22 grams of protein for 100g of fines

  • Pistachios: 21 grams of protein per 100g of pistachios

  • Brazil nuts: 18 grams of protein per 100g
